- Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning dresses should still display their original folds.
- You need to initiate returns within seven days of receiving your item.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and should come with all original tags and packaging included.
Clothing:
- We highly recommend that customers carefully consult the size charts before making a purchase to reduce the need for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- We’re happy to replace items only if they’re found to be defective or damaged.
