Return and Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges; unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning dresses should still display their original folds.
  • You need to initiate returns within seven days of receiving your item.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and should come with all original tags and packaging included.

Clothing:

  • We highly recommend that customers carefully consult the size charts before making a purchase to reduce the need for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We’re happy to replace items only if they’re found to be defective or damaged.

Shipping Information:

  • Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over $100, we advise using a trackable shipping method or getting shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will reach us.

  • The time it takes for an exchanged product to arrive can vary depending on the recipient’s location.
